Make sure you're using a modern browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Try clearing your browser cache or opening in an incognito/private window. If the issue persists, email support.

"How do I access the prompt library PDF?"

Use the link provided in your purchase confirmation email or on the thank-you page. It's hosted on Google Drive — you can download it instantly to any device.

"The generated content doesn't sound like me"

Use the Tone & Style field in ContentForge. Try descriptions like "bold and edgy," "warm and empathetic," "data-driven," or "casual and conversational." The more specific you are about your voice, the better the output matches.

"How do I use the prompts from the PDF?"

Copy any prompt from the PDF. Replace [TOPIC] with your actual topic (e.g., "real estate investing", "SaaS growth"). Paste into ChatGPT, Claude, or ContentForge. The AI generates content based on that prompt template.

"Can I use this for client work?"

Absolutely. The license allows you to use AI Content Factory for your own business AND for creating content for your clients. The only restriction: you cannot resell the prompts or software themselves.

"Does this work on mobile?"

Yes. ContentForge runs in any modern browser, including Safari on iPhone/iPad and Chrome on Android. The full experience works on desktop and mobile.

"How do I get the latest updates?"

Check your purchase email for update announcements. Major updates to the prompt library and software are sent to all customers at the email used during purchase.
